Concurso: Premio “Eduardo Archetti”
El Centro de Antropología Social del Instituto de Desarrollo Económico y Social (CAS-IDES) y la Editorial Antropofagia tienen el agrado de convocar a la treceava edición del Premio “Eduardo Archetti”. El concurso tiene por objeto premiar a la mejor tesis antropológica de maestría sobre Ecuador, Guatemala, Noruega y Argentina. El trabajo ganador se hará acreedor a un primer premio consistente en una publicación digital en castellano de su tesis, por la Editorial Antropofagia. Además se adjudicarán dos menciones.
Los trabajos serán puestos a consideración del Jurado, cuya decisión será inapelable.
El Jurado de la presente edición está conformado por ANDRÉS ANTONIO FÁBREGAS PUIG (Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios Superiores en Antropología Social, México), JUDITH FREIDENBERG (Universidad de Maryland, Estados Unidos), FERNANDO GARCÍA SERRANO (FLACSO, Ecuador) y ESBEN LEIFSEN (Universidad de las Ciencias de la Vida, Noruega).

La fecha de cierre para la presentación de los textos es el 13 de julio de 2020.

The Centro de Antropología Social, CAS (Center of Social Anthropology) at the Instituto de Desarrollo Económico y Social, IDES (Institute of Economic and Social Development) and Editorial Antropofagia are pleased to announce the “Eduardo Archetti” Prize for 2019, honoring our friend and colleague Eduardo “Lali” Archetti. This annual prize will be awarded to the three best M.A. theses in anthropology based on research undertaken in Argentina, Ecuador, Guatemala or Norway, the countries where Archetti taught and did research. The thesis receiving the first prize will be digitally published by Editorial Antropofagia, Argentina.
The Selection Committee will also award two theses with honorable mention.
