RESUMEN
Se plantea que la comprensión de la relación inicial de la sociedad
civil con el estado y el movimiento peronistas implicaba una región de
la sociabilidad política durante la primera década peronista,
que se comprende bajo el concepto de "sociedad política". A
través de la percepción de la relevancia de la militancia política
en el seno de la sociedad civil y el análisis de las demandas dirigidas
al estado en ocasión del II Plan Quinquenal, se analizan las características
de esta ambigua y polimórfica zona de las prácticas políticas.
A diferencia de interpretaciones previas, se sostiene que la sociedad civil,
y lo que se entiende aquí como sociedad política, fueron irreducibles
a la voluntad de totalidad del peronismo. Fueron el otro aspecto y, sin embargo,
uno de los fundamentos de su hegemonía.
SUMMARY
The understanding of the relationship between the civil society on one hand
and the peronist state and movement on the other hand, implies the recognition
of a particular zone of the political sociability. This zone of the peronist
hegemony in its first decade is called "political society", a complex
of practices in-between the civil society and the state. Through the analysis
of political activism within the civil society and the study of petitions for
the Second Five-Year Plan, the characteristics of the polymorph political society
are analyzed. In contrast with previous interpretations, here it is said that
civil society and political society were irreducible to the peronist will of
totality. They were also the other side and, however, one of the foundations
of its hegemony.
