RESUMEN
El artículo analiza el proceso de formación y consolidación
de la elite dirigente peronista en la provincia de Buenos Aires entre 1947 y
1950. Basándose en fuentes escasamente exploradas, el trabajo muestra
los disímiles canales de reclutamiento y promoción de las personas
que ocuparon los principales cargos públicos provinciales; al mismo tiempo,
la información relevada permitirá sugerir una hipótesis
alternativa acerca de la configuración real del Partido Peronista, que
no avala la idea corriente de "maquinaria burocrática" sin
vida interna. Finalmente, se ofrecen algunas conjeturas acerca del virtual eclipse
de la elite investigada hacia 1951.
SUMMARY
The article analyzes the process of formation and consolidation of the peronist
elite in the province of Buenos Aires between 1947 and 1950. Based on scarcement
explored sources, the work shows the different ways of recruitment and promotion
of the people that ocupped the principal provincial charges; at the same time,
the examined information will permit suggest a alternative hypothesis about
the real configuration of the Peronist Party, which don't support the current
idea of "bureaucratic machine" without internal life. Finally, some
conjectures about of virtual eclipse of the investigated elite towards 1951
are offered.
